1) What we provide

We provide software services (“Services”) that let customers configure and host tap/scan pages, dashboards, messaging flows (SMS/email), lead capture, analytics, and review-routing flows. Some purchases also include hardware or printed materials that enable access to the Services (e.g., NFC bracelet, QR/NFC table tent, PVC cards) (“Hardware”).

2) Account responsibility

3) Electronic communications + deliverability

By using the Services, you consent to receive operational and security messages (e.g., login links, OTP, notices), and product communications. SMS and email delivery depends on third-party carriers/providers and network conditions, and is not guaranteed.

We commonly use providers such as Twilio (SMS/voice) and SendGrid (email). Those providers act as independent service providers and may apply their own rules, filtering, throttling, or delivery constraints.

4) Plans, billing, renewals

5) Hardware + shipping

7) Service availability + support

We aim for high availability, but outages may occur. If an outage attributable to us exceeds 24 hours within a rolling 30-day period, we will provide a reasonable service credit as described by our support policy (typically up to one month of fees for the affected Service period).

Reported bugs with sufficient detail (steps to reproduce, account context, screenshots/logs when feasible) will be placed into a technical queue for investigation and resolution.

8) Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

9) Third-party services

The Services integrate with third parties (e.g., payment processors, SMS/email providers, map providers). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third parties outside our reasonable control.

10) Privacy

Our Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform. If a fixed-term commitment plan applies, payment obligations may survive termination as described above.

12) Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
