1) Overview
This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our Services,
including landing pages reached by NFC/QR taps/scans, account dashboards, and communications tools.
2) Information we collect
- Account data: email, phone, login/security events.
- Transaction data: purchase confirmations, plan identifiers, invoices/receipts (typically via payment processor records).
- Device/technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps, and page paths.
- Content you provide: profile details, links, vCard fields, and any lead-capture fields you enable.
- Optional media: if enabled, photos/videos uploaded via lead capture.
3) How we use information
- Provide and secure the Services (login, OTP, abuse prevention).
- Deliver operational messages (email/SMS) and account notices.
- Process purchases, provisioning, and fulfillment (including shipping when applicable).
- Analytics and troubleshooting (e.g., diagnosing errors, improving reliability).
- Compliance and dispute handling (e.g., fraud prevention, chargeback documentation).
4) Communications providers (SendGrid / Twilio)
We may use third-party providers such as SendGrid (email) and Twilio (SMS/voice)
to send account/security messages and product communications. These providers process delivery data (e.g., status,
timestamps, carrier feedback) to perform their services. Delivery is not guaranteed due to carrier filtering, user settings,
and network conditions.
5) Sharing and disclosures
We may share information with:
- Service providers (hosting, email/SMS, analytics, support tooling) strictly to operate the Services.
- Payment processors to process purchases and manage disputes.
- Legal/compliance if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the platform.
6) Public pages + lead capture responsibility
Customers can configure public pages and optional lead capture. If you enable lead capture, you are responsible for
ensuring you have appropriate notices/consents for the data you collect from visitors. We process such data to provide
the configured functionality.
7) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (sessions), security, and preferences. Some pages may also
use analytics scripts when enabled by configuration.
8) Data retention
We retain data as needed to provide the Services, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
Retention periods may vary depending on data type and account status.
9) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Your choices
- You may update certain profile information from your dashboard.
- You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable.
